Our Talent Partners work as an embedded part of our clients’ HR function. We provide the team, tech, marketing and expertise needed to run successful in house recruitment functions. As a talent partner you will work as part of an embedded member of an internal talent acquisition team for one of our clients. You will drive success through making great hires and helping with any other strategic initiatives from process improvements to recruitment marketing.

• You’re currently working in a recruitment focussed role in either an agency, internally or an RPO format
• You’re passionate about recruitment and people
• You’re excited about joining a fast-growth business with clear progression opportunities
