• Create and manage high volume of job postings and corresponding applicants for employment

• Conduct phone screening, Zoom/FaceTime interviews, and in-person interviews

• Perform behavioral based interviews to ensure the most qualified and stable workforce

• Schedule follow up interviews with hiring manager

• Track applicant milestones from point of job posting to first day of employment

• Follow up with new hires 30 and 60 days post hire to ensure a successful onboarding process

• Facilitate and troubleshoot the use of our applicant tracking system for hiring managers

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Must have excellent computer skills

• Ability to use Taleo Kronos, or comparable applicant tracking system, a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
