• Create and manage job postings and corresponding applicants for employment

• Conduct phone screening, Schedule Zoom interviews, and in-person interviews

• Perform behavioral based interviews to ensure the most qualified and stable workforce

• Schedule follow up interviews with territory managers and CEO

• Track applicant milestones from point of job posting to first day of employment

• Follow up with new hires daily then weekly post hire to ensure a successful onboarding process

• Facilitate and troubleshoot the use of our applicant tracking system for hiring managers

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Must have excellent computer skills

• Ability to work with existing technicians in a coaching capacity. Helping with whatever problems they have. Showing commitment to our employees personal growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
