JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role at InstaDeep you will report to the HR Manager. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of General Administration, Payroll, Compliance and Recruitment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage all admin aspects related to employees’ lifecycle (onboarding enrollment, contracts, amendments, departures…)

Prepare payroll across regions ( UK and other countries)

Support on the recruitment needs

Provide front line operational and admin support

Design, scale and document HR operations and policies across our locations

Maintain and update HR dashboards

Manage the HRIS (Bamboo) and other HR tools

Manage relationships with external partners (health insurance; medical visit…)

Ensure Compliance with operating countries regulations and applicable employment laws and update policies and / or procedures as required

Work with the HR Manager on administrative aspects of training and follow up the training plan

Contribute to transverse projects with the rest of the team

REQUIREMENTS:
+5 years experience in a progressive HR generalist experience

HR degree or related

Excellent knowledge of the British labor law (other European countries is a real plus)

Customer service mindset and positive attitude

Speaking French is a plus

Strong experience in training, recruitment and administration

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong computer skills including Google suite.
