The mission
We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team as the first member to be based out of the Melbourne office. You’ll be reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager and working with a passionate team of TA professionals, driving recruitment processes end-to-end and collaborating with internal stakeholders to attract and engage top talent for the Instaclustr brand.

A day in the life:

• Build long-lasting relationships with hiring leaders and candidates alike
• Manage recruitment process end-to-end
• Champion candidate experience
• Develop talent pools with the USA and international markets as needed
• Identify the right sourcing strategy for specific roles
• Collaborate with the People Ops Team
• Live and breathe the Instaclustr brand and consider employer brand when going to market with new roles
• Coach and uplift hiring leader capability and effectiveness

We’d love you to have:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with ATS’, Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Google X-Ray and other sourcing channels
• Experience interviewing candidates and organising skills assessment centres
• A knack for proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local labour legislation
• Excellent problem solving solves
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or Organisational Psychology
• familiarity with HR practises
