We are seeking an enthusiastic, self starter to Join our Global team of driven, energetic, individuals from all over the world. Our Global Company is a leading provider of award winning leadership, wealth creation and personal development programs and we have an opening for a Marketing & Business Development Professional looking to transition from the Corporate 9 to 5 into a remote – Home Based Role, incorporating Marketing, Business Development, Mentoring and Coaching.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with all income earned from the sale of products only and operating expenses should be expected. You will NOT be holding stock & you will NOT be selling to family & friends.

In this role you will participate in ongoing weekly training sessions, generate leads through social media marketing, conduct professional phone interviews & communicate with leads via phone and email You will be working remotely from your laptop and phone. You will have one on one training from experienced professionals and leaders to ensure your success.

We follow a structured, proven system and the training and guidance you will receive is thorough.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of three+ years of professional experience working in a similar role or for yourself (no students, please).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, (Phone and Zoom)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Some experience with social media apps (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role.
  • Exceptional telephone manner, with the confidence and motivation to succeed.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly training calls via Zoom.
  • Flexible Hours – You can work a minimum 2 to 3 hours per day, from any part of the world. Your choice. Part time Hours – with Full Time results.
  • Lead Generation via the marketing methods we provide training on. We use various Social Media outlets.
  • Interview leads and guide them through a structured interview process. (You will be provided with scripts to follow)
  • You will be working independently and 100% remotely from your laptop and phone.

Please note: No students – It is preferred you have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
