INSPIRE Hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Irving, TX Full Time

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work at our Corporate Headquarters in Irving, TX.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for performing full cycle Recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening and processing through the workflows in the ATS. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and other HR team members on a daily basis, and have the opportunity to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. To be successful in this role you must have at least 5 years of solid experience directly placing hires, completing intake calls with hiring managers understanding the dynamics of the full recruiting cycle and providing high-level customer service to our candidates and team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with department managers to identify detailed and accurate hiring criteria for their individual roles
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, plus the needs of the organization
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing updates to the candidates
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
• Screen applications, select qualified candidates and schedule interviews
• Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and other HR team members during the offer process
• Partner with HR to find creative ways to increase candidate flow and implement strategic solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates
• Complete all requirements of the recruiting process to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
• Performs other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• At least five years of consistent full cycle recruiting experience, working with all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
