Inspire Fundraising Solutions Hiring for Call Centre Agent – Work from Home at Ontario Full Time

$18.00-$22.00/hr + Benefits

Inspire is looking for world-class sales and call centre professionals to join our Canadian work from home fundraising team and partner with the largest Charities in North America.

Each day, our work-from-home fundraising representatives speak with current and past supporters across Canada to raise funds, sponsor children, and respond to emergencies. We use highly engaged conversations to deliver exceptional customer service and results. Our work-from-home fundraisers stay connected through the day with chat and video tools and participate in ongoing training, workshops, peer groups and events.

Please note: This is a work-from-home position. No travel is required.

There is no cold calling, high-pressure sales tactics or quotas. However, we are a fundraising team and results matter. Work-from-home representatives are permanent, full-time employees, paid an hourly wage with health benefits and opportunities for advancement.

We’re looking for the following people:
You are a seasoned sales and call centre professional with a minimum of 2 years’ call centre experience

You are a high achiever with a record of top performance and a competitive sales focus

You are available to work evenings until 10:00 pm EST, Monday to Thursday (and alternating Saturday shifts 10-5 pm)

You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week

You have exceptional customer service and communication skills

You are a great team player who builds open, honest relationships

You have a great work ethic and can work independently

You are technically savvy and self-reliant

You must provide or supply:
A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (MAC OS is not compatible)

A secure high-speed internet connection (wireless and satellite is not compatible)

A dedicated, quiet and private home office (with door)

A professional USB headset and webcam

We will provide you with:
Permanent, full-time employment

$18.00 – $22.00 (w bonuses) hourly wage
