Inspire Direct Marketing Hiring for Outbound Call Centre Agent at Ontario Full Time

We contact current and past supporters to raise funds for important causes around the globe. There are no cold calls or high-pressure tactics, but we are a performance team and results matter. This is a fully remote position.

What you bring:
A minimum of 2 years’ call centre experience

You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week

Available to work evenings, until 10:00 pm EST Monday to Thursday

You have exceptional customer service and communication skills

You are technically savvy and self-reliant

What you need to have:
A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)

A USB headset and webcam

A secure high-speed internet (25 mbps down/5 mbps up)

A private home office (with door)

What you can expect:
Permanent, full-time employment

$18.00 – $22.00 hourly wage
