Job Description

We are a passionate group of marketers committed to a unique cultural philosophy to our employees and clients. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team.

This position s directly to the Senior Manager, Logistics.

The main function of this role is to provide administrative and hands-on support to the logistics function / team :

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Assist logistics team in the coordination and completion of projects
• Liaison between various departments and the logistics team
• Support and assist with securing storage units, arrange movement of assets between units, closing units, handling disposals, and other storage related needs (approx.
• 50% of time spent doing this)
• Support storage, kitting, and other fulfillment needs amongst account teams, field staff and clients
• Actively and consistently communicate and correspond with internal and external stakeholders via email, zoom, or phone in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the processing of inbound and outbound shipments and updating inventory counts
• Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to Logistics lead
• Assist with fleet maintenance management, including upkeep, compliance, and tracking
• Support and assist with logistics around company events – deliveries, pick-ups, set-up, break-down and provide general assistance, as needed
• Run company errands, as needed
• Maintain an orderly, clutter free, clean and safe work-place
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Associates Degree in Business / Marketing or related field
• 1-2 years’ work experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or other relevant field
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Sense of business acumen
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• A quick thinker with a solutions-oriented mentality
• Ability to communicate clearly; orally and in writing
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and work independently
• High level of detail-orientation and follow up skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office software, Macintosh or Windows, and Internet research tools
• Valid Driver’s license required
• CDL, highly desireable
• Forklift operation certification preferred

Additional Information

The base compensation for this job classification is $23.69 hourly. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location.

This job classification is bonus eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
