Inspira Health Hiring for Talent Acquisition Screener Job at Vineland, NJ Full Time

The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking full-time Talent Acquisition Screener to screen candidates for entry level roles. You will be expected to become an expert on our properties and positions, review resumes and manage your call schedule and workload. This role requires creating relationships with candidates and assisting applicants with user profiles, technical support and ensuring a positive recruiting experience. This position is full-time, temporary position Monday through Friday with flexible hours and days once training is complete.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing and screening applicants or enrolled in a bachelor’s Program in HR or Marketing
• Strong computer skills including various office applications and HRIS systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with coworkers and candidates
• Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior via phone and email
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, using a Human Resource Management System, working in a call center and/or in human resources or recruiting preferred
