What’s the job?
We have created this brand-new Head of Talent position to drive our Global Learning and Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development strategy. You’ll be pivotal in managing the development of our colleagues throughout their Insights journey, to ensure we have the right people in fulfilling roles, helping them to reach their potential while supporting our growing business.
You’ll be an ambassador for Insights’ purpose, people and learning offerings; inspiring and leading your teams to deliver the best experience across the full Talent lifecycle.
We’ve recently invested in a new Talent system to support our people with their career journeys, you’ll lead on the evolution of that system, taking a systematic approach to career progression, creating the frameworks and driving the behaviours required to make it a success.
What are we looking for?
You’ll have experience in a similar position with the proven ability to develop and deliver global Learning, Talent and Resourcing strategies. You’ll be adept at translating strategy to clear, concise packages of work to support the design and delivery of appropriate innovative interventions.
You’ll be purpose driven, inspired by our organisational ‘why’ and want to help us craft a unique approach to strategy. You’ll use your commercial focus combined with expert knowledge of the industry to contribute to big picture discussions at an enterprise level.
You’ll be well connected across the HR Community, enabling you to be informed of best practice and new developments within Learning, Talent and Resourcing areas.
You’ll be an outstanding leader and people manager with the ability to set clear direction and inspire your team. You’ll be a great communicator who builds long lasting relationships and have the gravitas to work effectively with our executive team and other senior stakeholders.
