We’re looking for a kick-ass Global Talent Sourcer to join our People & Culture team, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and help us take things to the next level!
Position Summary:
Working with the Talent Acquisition Team you will be responsible for creating connections for a variety of different roles in Engineering & Technology, Finance, Business Operations and Administration. Your focus will be to find and engage qualified passive candidates that don’t know yet how much they want to work at 360insights! In addition, you will partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to put together a market sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of quality candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and passive talent pools
- Research and analyze data, trends and develop metrics.
- Conduct engaging prescreens with qualified candidates you have sourced.
- Keep a high volume of information organized in our Applicant Tracking System and provide activity report to hiring managers.
- Use multiple recruiting sources and internet and social platforms to identify candidates.
- Identify, engage, activate candidates through email, phone, video conference in partnership with talent acquisitions specialist.
- Support in coordinating the talent acquisition process.
- Continuously document and share knowledge with talent acquisition team on the latest sourcing best practices, new tools, methods and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct recruitment in the following countries: Canada, US and UK.
- Continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices and help drive our diversity sourcing initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with talent sourcing across North America, UK and Europe.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of technical sourcing in an in-house software environment.
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Experience using data as your guide to your decisions and understand the market, industry benchmarks.
- Selling and story telling skills to connect talent with our vision purpose and mission.
- Strong communication skills, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering business results
- Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools .
- Strong client focus and establish effective working relationships.
