Insight Physicians Care, LLC Hiring for Certified Diabetes Educator or Registered Dietitian for Diabetes Edu (DSMT) at Remote Full Time
We need a Dietitian, Nutritionist, or Nurse with DSMT certification (Diabetic Self-Management Training) to bill for CPT code G0108 for a Chicago based Medical House Call Practice. This position is fully remote.
You will be conducting video chats or audio chats to patients to counsel them on Diabetes.
-Must have basic computer and smart phone skills
-Must have excellent organizational skills and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
