Schedule : Monday-Friday (some remote Fridays)

Desired Skills & Experience

• High school diploma / GED
• At least 1 year of experience in full cycle recruiting and sourcing
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Job Description :

• Work closely with hiring managers on business needs
• Assist with defining criteria for ideal candidates
• Promote openings through social media, recruitment channels, internal referrals, trade schools, etc.
• Source quality candidates within resume database tools and Workday ATS.
• Assist with Career Fairs as needed with other TA and HR personnel.
• Full cycle recruitment process.

Compensation : $16-$18 / hour

$16-$18 / hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
