Job Description

An Insurance client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Resource to be the main assistant for the Director of Talent Acquisition for their Americas & Canada division.

This individual would be responsible for coming inhouse to provide assistance with sourcing talent, evaluating resumes, posting on LinkedIn & the company site for new job postings, and to assist with onboarding resources.

Candidate is expected to be onsite in Charlotte, NC 3x a week minimum.

Skills and Requirements

Required Experience

Perform effective sourcing in recruitment across the business.

Partner with TA Lead to build candidate pipelines for business by active sourcing, market mapping and pipeline documenting as well as direct support on specific searches.

Utilize SCOR career platform, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates.

Actively promote SCOR employer branding in the marketplace.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Proficient sourcing skills using a variety of technologies, including LinkedIn

Highly Preferred :

Recruiting agency experience.

Knowledge of the reinsurance / industry – specifically, life & health and / or property / casualty.

Experience recruiting highly specialized roles, including actuaries.

Hybrid Work Schedule :

This role is based in Charlotte, NC uptown – in office Tues – Thur, remote Mon / Fri. null
