JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop cross-functional, leading practice interviewer training, collaborate with TA teams on the rollout of training across businesses
• Provide talent acquisition services to identify and hire talent.
• Lead the design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning and capability development solutions that support TA professionals’ performance and growth inclusive of onboarding, sourcing, TA technologies, interviewing, etc.
• Provide centralized direction and oversight of the TA training strategy and plan, including continual evaluation of the current state to inform strategy for the future
• Collaborate with the Development organization to incorporate development plans into TA training plan
• Effectively coach and mentor colleagues and provide opportunities for collaboration, development, and upskilling to enhance the experiences of all employees
• Lead and direct performance management for team
• Engage COE and partner with hiring managers to develop, plan, and execute local recruitment strategies to build proactive candidate pipelines, attract qualified local talent, and fill hourly field positions.

The Opportunity

Insight Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a client based in Grand Rapids, MI. They will be responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the Talent Acquisition department. Responsibilities include overall management of day-to-day recruitment operations for all salary and hourly positions throughout the organization. This person will source, screen, and interview candidates to fill requisitions in a variety of skillsets, teams, departments, and locations. The TA Manager works closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across the organization to develop and execute a long-term talent acquisition strategy that supports company objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 4-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and requisition management.
• Proven track record of success sourcing and vetting candidate profiles for assessment to meet technical requirements and organizational culture.
• Prior experience utilizing data to measure retention rates, fill ratio, and individual and team success.
• Local to Grand Rapids, MI area and comfortable with a hybrid in-office and work from home environment
