Insight Global Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Internal Promotions at Englewood, CO, United States Full Time

One of the largest television provider and owner of the direct broadcast satellite, Internet, and streaming services, is seeking an TA Coordinator who is soley focused on internal employee promotions to join their growing Talent Acquisition team! This role will be responsible for handling all internal applicants across various requisition, from the time they apply, to time an offer is made.

They will be working closely with a Recruiter partner on their team to schedule all interviews with Hiring Managers, provide feedback to candidates, and process all necessary forms to approve their offer.

If an offer is made, they will hand their candidate off to the Onboarding Coordinator to take it from there. If the internal candidate is not selected for the role they applied to or interviewed for, this Coordinator will also be responsible for sharing the news and working with the internal candidate to find other potential reqs internally.

They will be expected to handle 200-250 internal promotions per year.
