Insight Global Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Seattle, WA, United States Full Time

When you join us as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide the necessary scheduling and administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists.

You will assist in coordinating the overall recruitment process with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition team members, and others.

You will engage with candidates via our applicant tracking system (ATS), often being their first point of contact with Bezos Academy.

At end of the recruitment cycle, you will craft offer letters and assist the People Operations team with onboarding. You may also assist with sourcing a large, diverse pool of prospective candidates and support other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail – this role requires working on multiple tasks simultaneously, managing competing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and working independently under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and high level of professionalism – this person will be interfacing with executives, hiring managers, and candidates
• Ability to be a self-starter and operate successfully with minimal direction
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
