Job Description *

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer/Technical Account Manager, for a full-time opportunity with a Managed Services Provider in the Wayne, PA area. This person will be the Lead Engineer and primary point of contact for around 3-6 accounts that this organization services. They will handle 90% ticket work, most of which are escalated from the service desk and administration teams. The clients are supported in areas such as Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Networking/SD-WAN, Virtualization, Cloud hosting, etc. This Engineer should be very well-versed in the infrastructure space, and ideally has an MSP background where they have managed multiple high priority customers. It is expected this person visit client sites regularly, all of which are located within driving distance of the Wayne, PA office.
