JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will assist the GeBBs HR and recruitment team in finding the best medical coders in the country. The hours will be flexible depending on the current assigned recruiting project and will be fully remote. You will succeed in this role if you are diligent, eager to learn, and hard working. You will be able to advance and grow within the company and high performance is rewarded with fast advancement. This team is small, but incredibly effective at what they do. You will be working on multiple large volume projects at a time recruiting various medical coders. You will also be coordinating with hiring managers, line managers, candidates, and Insight Global who is GeBBs primary external staffing vendor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ Years Medical Coding Recruitment Experience
• Organizational Skills including MS Suite or similar organizational technologies
• Coordination experience working with hiring managers and internal employees
• Experience scheduling interviews
• Familiarity with medical coding principles
