About the Role

Title: Recruiter

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 6-month contract

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to self-generate
  • Must be able to take initiative
  • Proven ability to work virtually
  • Strong communication/outgoing personality

Plusses:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for an intermediate-level recruiter to support a large healthcare company. This position is 100% remote. The recruiter will be responsible for completing full lifecycle recruitment for our client. Most requisition will be light industrial roles, however they may work on a few white-collar positions as well. This position is high volume and the recruiter should expect to be working on 15-20 requisitions at a time. We are looking for a hard working, self starter!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
