Insight Global is looking for an Logistics Coordinator to sit in Springs, Texas for one of our largest enterprise clients.

This individual will be responsible for managing event logistics (shipping / receiving) for around 200 events per year. We are looking for someone with experience coordinating product shipments for showcases, vendor management, guest speaker support, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience with shipping / receiving logistics (domestic / international)
  • Experience organizing logistics for 200+ events per year
  • Role requires travel around Houston area to different events and travel to Palo Alto, CA roughly 6 times per year
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
  • Great communication & organizational skills
