Duration : 6 month contract, perm / extension possible

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years’ experience in an administrative role

Analytical experience with the ability to track, maintain, identify gaps within complex datasets.

Proficient in Excel; Functionalities, v look ups, pivot tables, etc.

Experience working cross functionally with both internal and external teams.

Excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Comfortable learning new systems / technology and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Looking for an Administrative Analyst to join the Work Management group within Gas Central umbrella. In this role, you will interface with the data management group to track incoming data across multiple systems, provide documentation and data entry in real-time, and support backend analytics to improve existing processes for gas distribution services such as service line inspections, main valve inspections, meter programs, and leak surveys that take place out in the field.

Looking for an individual who is proficient in Excel in order to track, maintain, and on a large volume of data, and identify gaps to provide actionable next steps for improvement.

Responsibilities include :

Service Line Inspection (SLI) / Natural Gas Detection (NGD) Functions :

• Maintain of jobs by due date
• Bundle jobs by geographic area
• Compare past-due jobs from Tableau to what is completed in hard-copy and prioritize for clerical

Gas Distribution Services :

• Update manual tracking system with inspection data (completed and faulted)
• Update manual inspection sheet with any hardcopy inspections completed and track GC entries
• Verify meter paperwork matches data entered in GC (leak meter exchanges and new business cases)
• Work with the supervisors to review meter information on the Gas Meter Work Review app
• Keep track of meter consignment sheets and ensure all mechanics have submitted them
• Update our manual leak backlog sheets with repair information as well as putting next action steps
• Work on any extra assignments given by work organizer / supervisors and planners
• Review Faults and No Access and write comments so supervisor can send out based on those comments
