What: RGM Associates / Gate Operations Specialist (Remote Gate Management Team)

Where: 8375 S River Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85284 – HYBRID after training

• First 3 weeks of training are 100% onsite
• After 3 weeks of training, they will pivot to a hybrid with 2 days onsite, 3 days working from home

When: 10/30 and 11/6

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM + (flexible for possible weekend work)

• ALL Candidates must be open to working weekends – schedule will most likely change based off business needs

Paying: $20.82/hr – not flexible, firm pay

Duration: 4 month contracts, possible extensions, strong possibility to convert to FTE (that’s the goal!)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must-Haves:

• Our ideal candidate has 1+ years of related experience in logistics, transportation, shipping/receiving, or supply chain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technically savvy – comfortable using laptops, dual monitors, Excel and other applications
• Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable working either a Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday shift
• Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in Tempe, AZ

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a 30 candidates to start for a client in Tempe, AZ. On a daily basis, you will be acting as a Remote Gate Agent supporting thousands of drivers across the country. You will be using a video chat tool to verify identity and specifications on trucks and processes while coordinating, communicating and providing updates to all parties involved in the arrival, loading, unloading and departure process at warehouses, facilities and distribution centers. We are looking for candidates that are extremely detail oriented, can work in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency, are quick learners and very technically savvy. You will be speaking to roughly 200 drivers a day, so excellent and clear communication is a must. Schedule is subject to change and we are needing candidates who are flexible and open to work weekends. The weekly schedule for this role is a full time 40 hour work week, and 3 weeks of onsite paid training will be provided upon starting. All candidates must be comfortable working and commuting onsite in the office in Tempe, AZ.
