Insight Early Learning has the ROLE FOR YOU! We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic TRAINEE to join our team.

About the position:

• Full-time or part-time roles available
• Study time allocated off the floor
• 12-month contract with the possibility of building a permanent career
• Qualification gained through a registered RTO
• Working with children from 6 weeks to 6 years old
• You will work as part of a team to educate and care for children in a national company that truly recognises and rewards great team members
• You will be coached and mentored by our experienced Educational Leader and Centre Director

What we’re looking for:

• The willingness to obtain Cert. III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma
• Someone ready to play, as we operate on a play-based curriculum!
• Ability to build relationships with families, colleagues and the leadership team to produce the best results for children
• Willingness to advocate for children and the Insight Early Learning philosophy, policies, guidelines, core values, vision, and codes of practice
• A positive team player with confidence and initiative
