About the position

The role consists of covering educators sick/personal and or annual leave throughout the year. Educator continuity is a priority of Insight Early Learning, as it provides families and children with opportunities to build strong and meaningful relationships.

The role requires an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educator to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care

Ensuring a safe environment is maintained for staff and children

Creating a fun, safe and effective learning environment

Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times

A genuine interest in contributing to children’s learning is a MUST

What we’re looking for

Previous experience as an early childhood educator

Strong understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment

Strong understanding of the importance of family communications

Flexible working hours

What you’ll bring

Hold or studying towards Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA recognised qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard

Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing

Willingness to learn and be a part of the team

Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual

First Aid and CPR Qualified

Up to date Covid vaccinations
