We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Audio Visual team as our Business manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well organised and proactive individual looking to work with the most advanced Audio & video systems available. You will be responsible for managing a variety of interesting and challenging tasks and projects of varying complexity.

The Business manager is one of our most important roles, looking after the full delivery of a project for our clients. This encompasses not only overseeing the project but also acting as a direct contact for the client or partner, ensuring that Insideout delivers everything on time, on budget and to an extremely high standard. You will act as the main point of contact for our client and will form relationships across multiple functions and business levels.

Working as part of a team you will need to build strong working relationships with our clients and partner network.

Insideout Technology has been integrating smart home technologies into clients homes over the past 15 years and has delivered on some of the most prestigious projects globally.

About You
The candidate should ideally Be:

• Proactive

• Well organised and punctual

• A strategic thinker & problem solver

• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

• Team player with respect for others

• Able to project manage and oversee the development of technology

• Quick at picking up new software, systems and processes

• Good knowledge of residential AV, control (Control 4, RTI) Lutron lighting and network systems (Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus)

*Responsibilities
The Business Manager will be responsible for

• Lead project execution after deal closure with ultimate accountability for project initiation, planning, execution and control (cost, time, quality and risk)

• Direct and motivate multidisciplinary project teams and keep team members accountable to deliver

• Single point of contact for all operational aspects of the Program

• All levels of communication with the client, including being the first point of contact for all project tasks

• Design & manage a systems service agreement for new & existing clients

• Actively target new business and help shape future marketing activities

What You Need
*

• PMP, Prince2 or other project management certification. (Or vast experience in the Audio Visual sector)

• Experience of running large and layered projects

• Great document management and organisational skills

• The ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and communication methods

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
