Talent Acquisition Consultant Job Number Full / Part Time Schedule Salary 30455959 Full Time 8AM – 5PM $59,000 – $103,400 Position Information We are currently searching for a professional, highly motivated, and resourceful Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
Under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Outreach, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will use professional employment / staffing techniques and concepts, in support of UC Riverside’s Human Resources’ strategic objective to deliver progressive human resources programs to attract diverse and highly competent applicants.
The incumbent will perform strategic sourcing for hard-to-fill positions, screen and present candidates to clients, and maintain relationships with their assigned client group.
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will support diversity initiatives by attending job fairs, developing marketing and advertising materials, and researching and building relationships with community business organizations.
Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for maintaining the department’s metrics and monthly ing.
This position has been designated for a Career Ladder recruitment, which means the hiring department can recruit and fill this role at different levels within the position classification series.

The full salary range for the Talent Acquisition Consultant is $59,000.00 – $103,400.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $70,000.
00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

Minimum Requirements Basic knowledge of employment law.
Demonstrated abilities associated with problem identification; reasoning; ability to work with business units in the development of ideas to solve staffing issues.
Knowledge of common software used within employment and other areas of HR, and how they work together.
Knowledge of HR processes and forms and knows organizational and departmental principles and procedures.
Demonstrated analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations.
Working knowledge of the recruitment, screening, interviewing and referral processes.
Working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; knowledge of functional area and understands how work may impact other areas.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as active listening and critical thinking skills.
