As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will serve as subject matter expert in the functional area of talent acquisition and talent management.
You will be the gatekeeper to all things recruitment and be the liaison that connects the dots between the hiring department and the applicant.
You will manage and facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process in support of assigned Colleges / Divisions and maintain a requisition volume of an average of 125 vacancies throughout the year with efficacy and due diligence.
You will be expected to use a variety of resources to proactively identify and recruit top talent and manage the candidate’s progression through the offer and onboarding process using the TALEO Applicant Tracking System.
This position becomes hybrid after successfully completing the probationary period.

Qualifications
Minimum Hiring Standards :
Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
