Inside Sales Representative – IPC Job at Muskego, WI US Full Time

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work within our IPC Division. The position has the potential for becoming a Lead status if qualified. This position will be primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining new account sales and increasing existing account sales through the use of territory business plans, call programs, and marketing objectives in accordance with Inpro’s Mission Statement.

Role and Responsibilities: You will develop and maintain a focused strategic sales plan to increase business opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets. A day in the life of this position will include prospecting to uncover new lead opportunities and forward to appropriate inside/outside counter-parts, identifying and developing relationships with all key decision makers related to accounts(i.e. architects, designers, consultants, end-users), developing and maintaining a list of top accounts and projects, acting as an industry resource and Divisional product expert for technical assistance and support, including product recommendations, specifications, etc. and utilizing and maintaining all sales data systems.

Position Requirements: Qualified candidates will be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer. They must be a self-starter who is capable of taking initiative, working independently, as well as an effective and valued team member. They will have above average problem solving and computer skills, proven track record of successful sales growth, excellent listening, probing, and closing skills and a minimum of 3 years prior inside or outside sales experience in a business to business environment, successful background in prospecting, cold-calling and business development. A college degree is required.
