Internal Sales Executive

Working exclusively with our well-established client based in South West London, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious individual to join their Internal Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people skills and a positive attitude who is looking to develop a successful career in sales and account management.
While experience is always welcome, we are particularly interested in individuals with the right personality and mindset. If you are energetic, personable, commercially aware and enjoy speaking with customers, we would love to hear from you.

Internal Sales Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
* Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries
* Building and developing strong customer relationships
* Logging activity accurately on the CRM system
* Processing customer orders
* Liaising with the warehouse and organising deliveries
* Working towards individual and team targets
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
* Working closely with a Field Sales Executive to manage accounts
* Preparing quotations
* Processing orders and invoices across various procurement platforms
* Managing orders from processing through to delivery and monitoring any back orders
