Role

Job Overview : You will be a key member of the software development department, working independently or with a team to participate in the company’s software development full cycle for a variety of industries in the United States.

You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the department’s services, ensuring an optimal pace for all core and ad-hoc activities.

You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers requirements; Deal with complaints, create software programs for computers, mobile devices, and websites, as well as well as providing s about the status of the company’s products.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
• Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
• Testing and deploying programs and applications.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.

Profile Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus.
• Bachelors degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or any relevant discipline is necessary.
• At least 5 years of work experience in software development.
• Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, Java, C++, and frameworks or systems such as AngularJS and Git.
• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
