Thermal Engineer

Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip cooling technology for data centers and is offering an R&D Thermal Engineer position with exciting early career growth opportunities.

Accelsius is looking for an R&D Thermal Engineer to aid in the development of advanced two-phase cooling products for the data center cooling market. The right candidate will be highly innovative, hands-on, and possess strong communication skills. We are interested in thermal engineers of all degree levels related to the thermo-fluid sciences. A background building and testing hardware related to two-phase heat transfer (boiling, condensation, thermosyphons, pumped two-phase cooling, heat pipes, etc.) is strongly preferred. This position will directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and test two-phase cooling products for data centers

Qualifications for this role include:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in the industry
• Well-rounded Thermo-fluids background: both modeling and experimental experiences
• A degree in Mechanical, Chemical engineering, or any other heat transfer-related discipline
