We need a multi-tasking, super-organized, analytical Account Support Manager to lead our Senior Account Coordinator team. You’ll oversee a wide range of tasks in the role, including tracking and analyzing sales figures, updating client product lists and websites (no prior experience is necessary), performing user experience and QC checks of the websites, and developing presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Account Support Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will use their extensive management and client engagement experience to drive operational excellence and program success. As an Account Support Manager at Innowave, you are responsible for implementing and executing event plans and concepts while delivering client-centric service. A successful Account Support Manager will be highly collaborative, creative, a great facilitator, persuasive negotiator, and a positive creative thinker.

This position s to the head of the Account Management Department and Account Managers.

Salary Range:

• $75,000-85,000/Annually

Program & Team Focus:

• The Account Support Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Innowave’s integrated service offerings across multiple accounts.
• Manage a team of 2-4 Account Coordinators.
• Plan and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and client objectives.
• Resolve conflicts in prioritization, requirements, and resources. Ensure changes are understood and approved.
• Assist with projects and product development including technical and non-technical staff in analysis, design, documentation, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
• Attend all necessary client redemption events.
• Craft suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
• Thoroughly review all details prior to the events.
• Cultivate existing client relationships, ensure client results, and maintain high levels of delivery success as evidenced by client retention and meeting or exceeding project KPIs, both operational and financial.
• Orchestrate all aspects of the event and program, ensuring the desired outcome, and managing the interdependencies. Aspects include process, tools, and workflows.
• Take responsibility for understanding client and program goals, statements of work (SOWs), and to monitor and maintain the account and project health by making smart decisions with resolution of issues.
• Plan, execute and attend client redemption events.
• Bring together a team of operational and development delivery experts to execute against the program goals and requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules; ensure timely completion through all phases; take lead on quality control issues; write and present project plans/risks.
• Support delivery team members through a variety of communication methods making sure it’s clear who’s responsible for what, when, where, why, and how.
• Work with delivery leads to ensure project success within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Drive and track all project activities and deliverables, maintaining visibility to all project team members and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and program health and risks to Account Management leadership.

Client Focus:

• Act as the liaison between the client and Innowave’s internal service/delivery teams.
• Act as an event specialist and contact for all client event related needs.
• Display extraordinary client service skills and a strong command of verbal and written communications.
• Show a curiosity about the client’s business and become a consultative partner by understanding how they define success, listening for opportunities, and making recommendations to the Account Strategy team on what else Innowave can do to help them reach their business goals
• Coordinate and assist with leading client meetings; develop project documentation including meeting agendas, meeting recaps and next steps, project schedules and status s.
• Collaborate across Innowave’s Account Strategy teams to deliver and implement all aspects of our firm’s involvement with assigned accounts.
• Comfortable interfacing with clients at all levels.
• Handle confidential and non-routine information
• Author Requirements, Statements of Work, IT Quotes, Testing Plans, QA documents, and Training Manuals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role or project manager.
• Experience in the loyalty marketing/ incentive space a plus.
• Familiarity with a variety of project management and documentation tools that may include Monday.com, Trello/Jira/Wrike/Asana, Waterfall and Agile, RAID logs, RACI tables daily stand-ups, and scheduling.
• Expert at Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience across a range of disciplines; familiar with B2B industry best practices, concepts, and procedures.
• Specific experience achieving project success and devising and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to deliver clear and concise ideas to the internal team and external clients.
• Ambitious optimization mindset, very organized and detail oriented, with strong planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related 4-year degree preferred.
• PMP credentials a plus.
• Travel: based on client events and meetings, typically Spring and Fall/Winter.

Work Location:

• 
  Remote.

Travel:

• Must be able to travel domestically to client events. Approximate travel may be 3-5 trips per year, at 5-7 days each.
