Innovative Machining Hiring for Saw Operator at Neenah, WI Full Time

We are a clean climate controlled facility with a competitive wage and benefit package. We are currently looking for a Saw Operator on 1st Shift.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 am.

Responsibilities

Set-up, operate, and maintain a CNC saw and table saw.

Perform changeovers on machine such as blade changes or other adjusments depending on material to be sawed.

Assist with cycle counting process.

Load equipment with product using the overhead crane and/or forklift in order to prepare the equipment for an accurate cut.

Wears approved personal protective equipment such as safey shoes, gloves, and glasses.

Abides by all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean safe work environment.

Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead person, or management.

Knowledge, Ability, Skills

Ability to read and understand measuring tools and equipment such as tape measure, calipers and micrometer.

Mechanical skills are preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and do repetitive motion, bending and reaching within a 9 hour work day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
