Innovative Health and Fitness Hiring for Office Assistant at Franklin, WI, US Full Time

You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly.

$10 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go well
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
• Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Folding towels, cleaning duties, locker room and club checks
• Closing and opening the gym
• Multi-tasking and being positive / energetic

Qualifications :

• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
