We assist business owners with monthly bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax reporting. We also train clients on how to use QuickBooks – did we mention we LOVE QuickBooks??

You must have 5 years recent QuickBooks Experience and a minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience.

The duties of the Bookkeeper / Accountant must have a solid accounting background with experience in all areas accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, job costing, preparation of payroll tax returns, 1099’s, sales tax and bank reconciliations and building customized reports.

This position works with a multitude of different businesses and has tight deadlines either at client location or in our office. This is not a remote position. Candidate must be comfortable working in a variety of client offices. Must have the ability to prioritize and handle the pressure of working within tight deadlines, switching gears, solving problems and follow up to the final resolution. Must be able to work on your own. Must know QuickBooks/QBO and have recent experience in the product.

We use a bunch of technology: Microsoft Outlook, excel, word, Smart Vault, Autoentry, Qbox, ShareFile, QuickBooks Online, Google Docs, Remote Desktop, and more!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
