Role Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Coordinator with a passion for AI and its potential in marketing to accelerate our growth in the Bay Area.

This role is a critical part of our client-facing team, focused on building strong client relationships and supporting the implementation of AI-driven marketing strategies.

You’ll work closely with our CEO to manage client communication and collaboration as we transition to an in-person team, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
• AI-Powered Marketing Strategies : Develop and execute marketing campaigns that leverage the power of AI, including generative AI, automation, and data-driven insights.
• Hands-On AI Implementation : Utilize your experience with AI tools beyond ChatGPT to create compelling content, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
• Project Management : Oversee AI-related marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations.
• Growth Marketing : Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the use of our AI solutions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our remote teams during the transition of client relationships to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our clients.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest AI trends, marketing best practices, and applications across both B2B and B2C sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
• Proven experience in an account management or growth marketing position within a digital marketing agency or tech startup.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with various AI tools beyond ChatGPT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for leveraging AI to drive business growth.
