Job Description-

As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be dedicated to the overall strategy of one of our core National Clients or be tasked with building out new industry vertical such as Manufacturing. The DSA is a leadership role and production role within Innova’s national sales organization.

Essential functions and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Define, create, own, execute, and lead account strategy.
• Understand the Client’s business “inside and out” and share information with internal clients (sales and managing directors) to help guide spending and to create/uncover business opportunities.
• Document activities, strategies, opportunities/deal stage to continually track towards closure and hold account managers accountable to business opportunities.
• Collaborate and communicate Client updates (i.e., pricing, policy issues, contract updates, and organizational changes) to internal clients.
• Attend scheduled meetings and prep account managers for face-to-face meetings by sharing Client knowledge, industry trends, and business updates.
• Act as a support system to all sales and recruiting resources contributing to the Client Account.
• Empower each account manager and technical recruiter to make decisions that benefit Innova, the Client, and our consultants.
• Implement and track account milestones including geographic expansion, growth, and services provided.
• Responsible for forecasting contribution and target goals
• Serve as primary contact for the Client to address issues regarding service level agreements, rates, schedules, etc.

Qualification-

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prior work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
• 6-8 plus years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry with proven success.
• Experience in dealing with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM software.
