Innova Management is a nationwide consulting firm, that has recently expanded to the West Coast! Our Marketing Department is seeking a full-time, Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads & developing relationships within an assigned territory, connecting with key decision-makers. They will liaise between customers and our internal sales/marketing teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Additionally, our ideal candidate will possess a need for continued self-development, will learn & adapt to new business strategies, and will have an entrepreneurial & independent mindset.
