What is expected from a Customer Service Representative at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group:

Maintain aircraft orderliness, commissary and inventory to the highest standards

Ensure items to be palced on board are as per the clients requests and satisfactio

Reconcile relevant credit cards charges related to purchase of aircraft supplies

Ensure cleanliness and placement of on board linens

Maintain aircraft flight manual and quick reference handbook up to date

Order stationary and office supplies for aircraft Crew

Provides clerical support, as required

Requirements:
2-3 years of expereince in a similar role in the aviation field

High level of customer service and organizational skills/attention to detail

Must be available 7 days per week, including days, evening and weekends, as per trhe aircraft flight schedule.
