what you’ll be doing
Our team are passionate about making products that taste great and are also great value. So unsurprisingly, they need a hand with all the great work they do.
We’re looking for a Lab Assistant to support our busy team of Product Developers with keeping our products kitchen, sensory facilities, storage areas and walk in fridge in good shape to enable the safe and efficient process of NPD.
You’ll be…
- organised, accurate, efficient and keen to help
- good at time management and a stickler for detail
- able to prioritise, reprioritise & reprioritise again to keep up the pace and make sure nothing is missed in the process
- a self starter with a positive, proactive, can do attitude
- heroically reliable and responsible
- on your feet most of the day
- our lab guardian – ensuring our products kitchen, sensory facilities, storage areas and fridges are safe, organised and equipped to enable the safe and efficient process of NPD.
- keeping ingredients well stocked and equipment well maintained
- getting things where they need to be at the right time , managing all the sample sending & deliveries
- supporting the team in sample and meeting preparation
- contributing to a friendly, bustling culture
you’ll get

- To be a key part of a small, busy, bustling team that are involved in tons of different projects and work with lots of different teams across innocent
