Currently, we are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and billing, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Job Requirements: 

• Willingness to learn every day and an excellent problem solver.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
• Strong E Commerce background
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand’s history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Effective time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented and accurate data entry
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and order workflows
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
• Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
• 55/60+ WPM typing speed
• Bilingual a plus (Tagalog)
