Innate Wellness Hiring for Front Desk Administrative Assistant at Toronto, ON Full Time

Innate Wellness is a busy integrative clinic located in High Park. Our services include naturopathic medicine, chiropractic medicine, osteopathy, acupuncture, massage therapy, psychotherapy and reiki. We are looking for a dynamic individual with holistic administrative experience to join our front desk team. Training or experience in front desk medical administration is an asset. Experience with Jane administrative software is also helpful.

The position is part-time, shift-based work. Our current shift openings are listed below.

Wednesdays 9:30-4:30

Thursdays 9:30-6:30

Fridays 12:30-7:30

The candidate should be a skilled multitasker with strong social skills who enjoys interacting with our clients and practitioners. Responsibilities include maintaining a friendly and positive environment, greeting/booking/rescheduling clients, answering phones and emails, filing, data entry , processing payments, some inventory management, maintaining clinic cleanliness, laundry and COVID protocols (PPE provided and Health Canada Regulations maintained) and helping practitioners run their practices efficiently.
