We are looking for a confident, charismatic Technical Software Specialist who is not afraid of using their web skills to help our clients grow with a HUMAN, BOLD, INVESTED attitude! Our Technical Success team works with our clients, our Programme Management teams and the larger technical organisation to ensure continuous delivery of business as usual.

The position of an Application Specialist provides a superb training environment for learning best practices in Software as a Service (SaaS), enterprise feedback management, customer experience (CX), and Voice of the Customer initiatives in a high-growth and rapidly evolving environment. Reporting directly to the Platform Implementation Director, this position is product-oriented and owns the responsibility of delivering high-quality solutions and software configurations to delight our clients and carrying on a tradition of service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with the SaaS platforms or web application
• Good understanding of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and Javascript; and can discern and communicate the role of each

This position is 100% remote and home-based. Post-Covid19, this position is flexibly office-based and requires no travel.
