We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Auto) who can take on the following responsibilities: validating/delivering offline reporting, managing daily processing, coordinating activities on a cross-functional team and writing/implementing change requests within an Agile framework environment. You will plan and manage timelines with an emphasis on meeting milestones for internal and external stakeholders. Documentation of processes is also a significant part of this role.

WHO YOU ARE
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or 3-years of experience in a related professional field required)
Excellent and professional written and oral communication skills
Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding client base
Can problem-solve and take decisive action
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms
Focus on listening and understanding customer needs
Desire to build and maintain good relationships with internal/external partners
Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for responsibilities
Ability to maintain proper documentation that adheres to company standards and expectations
Background in G-Suite

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
This role reports directly to the Service Delivery Lead along with several other employees. The person we choose for this role will need to be able to work well with other internal departments such as Engineering, System Operations, Technical Support, Solutions Design, and various Help Desks. As mentioned above, there will also be direct client contact.
