Job Description*
The focus of your role*
You will interface with stakeholders across the business and third parties to support to the delivery of qualified and screened personnel and provide a consultative service to the hiring community with a focus on permanent hiring within Corporate Functions.

Qualifications*
Key Responsibilities: *

• Ownership of the requirements and for the overall relationship with the hiring manager
• Receive and understand requests from HRBPSs by consulting with hiring managers and ensuring appropriate salary benchmarking is completed by the rewards team
• Amend job descriptions with the hiring manager/HRBP based on resourcing expertise and recommend the appropriate channels to source candidates
• Produce attractive adverts for new and replacement positions
• Promote a sourcing mix that is appropriate for the hire ensuring a cost-effective recruitment solution is maintained in line with speed to hire and sourcing the best talent
• Provide guidance and assistance to the hiring team and any agents used for the purpose of CV pre-screening, interviews, screening & vetting and recruitment as required
• Utilise the Applicant Tracker System ensuring compliance and consistency of usage across all departments, reflecting all stages of activity with comprehensive notes made throughout the recruitment life cycle
• Actively promote ‘best practice’ recruitment of talent in line with business values and ensure equality of opportunity is embedded within up to date recruitment practices, by
• Liaising and networking with stakeholders
• Developing an external recruitment brand and using social channels
• Ensure hiring managers are recruiting within the legal framework and consistently across departments
• Effective candidate management; ensuring that applicants are communicated with regularly and updated with regard to their progress throughout the process to deliver excellence in candidate management
• Manage the contractor to permanent conversions when required, supporting as appropriate with benchmarking and negotiations where necessary
• Generate potential candidate interest through social channels, CV databases, talent pooling and events etc.) ensuring a regular supply of candidates for sourcing, driving down

• What you’ll be accountable for*

• Ensuring the Business Units you support are fully manned as quickly and efficiently as possible by successfully filling requests within required deadlines using the most appropriate sourcing mix
• Supporting monthly reporting (completed accurately and on time) to include (but not limited to) metrics on:
• Time to Hire
• Source mix
• Cost per hire

Essential Knowledge and Skills you’ll bring to the role

• Experience of Candidate Management/Applicant Tracking systems
• Proven ability to plan, source, screen and acquire candidates
• Good communication / stakeholder management
• Comfortable working in a demanding environment, meeting tight deadlines and dedicated to doing what is necessary to deliver successfully, including flexible working patterns
