Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Position Duties

• Greet, weigh, and guide customers dropping of product
• Ensuring the timeliness of truck scale flow and customer satisfaction
• Creating scale tickets through specialized software
• Entering weights and prices into management system
• Communicate with other scales and operational teams on incoming customers and pertinent information
• Perform housekeeping to ensure work area cleanliness
• Answer phones, provide public customer pricing, transfer calls in a professional competent manner,
• Perform variety of opening and closing duties including cash in and out.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education with a focus on business and/or administration
• Experience in the customer service industry and cash handling

A combination of education and experience would be considered.

What it takes to succeed in this position?

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Extremely honest
• Willing to ask questions
• Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
