The Human Resources and Project Manager is responsible for the administration of Human Resource policies and programs and provides support and guidance to employees and management. This role provides comprehensive HR support to their designated support areas (roughly 50 employees). This support will include staff planning, performance management, facilitation of training, basic benefits administration, and employee engagement. The Human Resources and Project Manager will partner with business leaders to fully understand business strategy and constraints, and how HR can best support achieving positive results. Additionally, in this role, you will work with a team of collaborative HR professionals to manage the flow of work and ensure critical timelines are met across benefits, compensation, staffing, HRIS, HR operations, labor relations, and payroll. Your successful management of these significant and complex projects will make a positive impact on staff retention and contribute to the overall success of the business.
In addition to successfully managing multiple projects and processes, you will be responsible for collaborating with your peers to deliver tailored communications that are in alignment with the style and framework by which we communicate with our employees and managers. Success in this role will be highly dependent on building relationships that drive operational effectiveness by using HR and industry knowledge to maximize results and manage change. The Human Resources and Project Manager position is a highly visible and key role within the organization and involves interaction with team members at all levels.

• Supports annual open enrollment activities and other benefits related programs and initiatives. • Assures company policy and practice is administered appropriately throughout assigned support areas and across the entire organization.
